Enjoy Summer All Year Long at South Jersey's only Indoor Water Park

Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor Water Park and entertainment complex, open year round, is located in Berlin, NJ just a little over an hour from South Jersey and is well worth the trip if you're trying to escape the cold and enjoy a little taste of a tropical escape.

The park features many state-of-the-art water rides and attractions, interactive games, and great ticket and party packages! Fun for the whole whole family no matter what the weather. Sahara Sam’s remains a warm 84 degrees of low humidity weather all year long thanks to a state-of-the-art temperature control system.

With nearly 58,000 square feet of water rides, interactive games, dining, party rooms we are big fans of the park and can't wait for our next trip.

Some of our Favorite Things:

SNAKE EYES: Snake Eyes are two eight-foot wide slide barrels that twist and turn as you roar toward a splash landing at the finish line.

MOUNT KILIMANJARO: Go to new heights! At 45 feet above ground, this winding 390 foot family raft ride churns it up with white water rapids and the open sea.

FLOW RIDER: By far the favorite attraction for our older kids. Surf’s up (as long as you don't mind standing in relatively long lines)! Think you’ve got what it takes to be the Big Kahuna? Test your surfing or boogie board skills on New Jersey’s first surfing machine, the hugely popular FlowRider.

CONGO BONGO ADVENTURE RIVER RIDE: Mom's FAVORITE, we could have rode the lazy river all day long, but this is no lazy river ride. The Congo Bongo rafting trip is full of surprises as water geysers, swirling vortexes and water cannons challenge you at every turn.

CROCODILE FLATS: Swing, crawl or leap – just don’t fall to the crocs waiting below while climbing through this intricate web of ropes and cargo nets suspended high above Sahara Sam’s rainforest lagoon.

TIM-BUK-TU TREE FORT: A giant tree fortress complete with water cannons, slides, sprays and a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket.

SAM’S SLAM DUNKER: Take the ball to the rim and literally dunk it home on this water basketball court.

THE LIZARD LAGOON: A special for area just for the little adventurers, featuring a zero-depth pool entry and mini slides and water geysers. The Lizard Lagoon also has a baby bungee swing specially designed for toddlers.

A very cool feature available at Sahara Sam’s is its one-of-a-kind retractable roof, which opens up to let the outdoors in on sunny days. If you need a break from the water you can visit Sammy’s Trading Post. Everyone has the chance to win a cool prize at this 3,000 square foot arcade featuring the latest video, simulator and redemption games.

Hungry? Sam Dune’s Cafe has great food and beverages available. Guests can indulge in everything from hand-crafted pizza to freshly prepared Italian sandwich specialties. Pull up a seat, grab a bite to eat and try one of Sahara Sam’s many non-alcoholic tropical drinks.
